Services

Astra Cleaning Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services as agreed at the time of booking. Services are performed based on the information provided by the client. Any changes to scope must be approved in advance and may affect pricing.

Access & Safety

Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the property at the scheduled time. We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or pose a health risk to our staff.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

Payments

Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking.
Late or unpaid balances may result in suspended services until the account is brought up to date.
Prices may change if the condition of the space differs significantly from what was described.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns where applicable.

Breakage & Damage

We take great care while cleaning. Any accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours of service. Liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement, where applicable, and does not exceed the value of the damaged item.

Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for securing valuables, fragile items, and irreplaceable belongings prior to service. We are not responsible for items not disclosed as fragile or high-value.

Supplies & Equipment

We provide our own cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed. Clients must inform us in advance of any allergies, sensitivities, or product restrictions.

Website Use

All website content, including text and images, is the property of Astra Cleaning Services and may not be copied or used without permission.

Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and use personal information.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astra Cleaning Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
