Refund & Satisfaction Policy
Due to the nature of cleaning services, we do not offer refunds once a service has been completed. That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not fully happy with any part of your clean, please let us know within 48 hours of your appointment. We’ll be happy to return and re-clean the affected area(s) at no additional cost.
To qualify for a re-clean:

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of service

The area must not have been altered or re-soiled after our visit
